My son and I live in Arizona with our dog William, and a turtle named Turtle. We spend most of our time outdoors either at the park, pool, or a sporting event. We live a humble life remembering to always be thankful for what we have and who we share it with. Welcome to our organized chaos!
I am so blessed to have been given such a wonderful life. All of the highs and lows have made me who I am today and being a mom is by far the most amazing, rewarding, and exciting journey I have ever had. It's also the most challenging and demanding thing I've ever done. But, the truth be told, I would not trade any of the tears, laughter, or frustrations for anything in the world. Being a parent has taught me so much, and I can't wait to see what the future holds. This roller coaster ride known as parenthood blows my mind every day.
My goal is to teach by example, to show my son what it's like to have humility, to be kind, and show compassion. To always be grateful and appreciative for what we have. Knowing that at times we have had less but we always have plenty.
Never forgetting to cherish the time we spend with those we love. And, most importantly to enjoy the simple things in life!
It's no secret; I love food! I believe that nothing brings people together like good food and drinks. I also believe in living a balanced life. That's why in my recipe section, you will find everything from sweet treats to healthy eats and of course adult beverages. Nothing is out of the question. If it's good, I post it.
